A trained banker and finance professional, Kojo has participated in various business development, structuring, and management ventures across markets. Providing strategic planning, deal structuring, and other tactical strategies to help companies create and execute on opportunities.

As founder of BMB Vigeo/Verity Labs, Kojo oversees advisory services and commercial developments across the continent. Recent projects include structuring major oil and gas acquisitions and financing solutions. He also spearheaded West Africa’s most recent independent ISO:IEC 17025 accredited petroleum testing lab in Ghana.

Previously, Kojo co-founded an integrated fuel distribution firm in Ghana that grew to over $150M in sales in just 3 years. He was instrumental in developing the company's $45M infrastructure footprint and establishing relationships with major industry partners.

With expertise spanning strategic planning, infrastructure development, risk analysis, and deal negotiation, Kojo enables organizations to successfully translate opportunities into bankable ventures in Africa. His on-the-ground knowledge and commercial acumen are vital in mitigating local risks and complexities.
